If you are looking for a doctor that cares and has bedside manners, Dr. David Charles is not it. Please do not go here if you have real concerns about your health as he will not care to examine you, give you a proper physical, make eye contact or even answer the questions you have. I felt more cared for and respected by his assistants.
I have been a patient of Dr. Charles's for 5 years and am leaving the practice after many bumps in the road over the years. I was originally referred to Dr. Charles by a friend who has since left the practice, as well. Absolutely horrendous customer service
Friendly, thorough and readily available and tech-savvy office and televisit system. Have been with he and his practice as my go to Doctor for > 10 years. Great service and I strongly recommend Dr Charles as a Primary Care Physician/Doctor. And of course, the office team is also friendly and easily accessible when I need to talk. All in all a GREAT TEAM. Thank you!
Quick visit with Dr. Charles for 2 issues. The first was dealing with my current leg pain. I got a referral to a vascular doctor and I got my prescription sent for my needed blood glucose monitor kit
