I visited Dr. Charles to establish care and have a routine annual physical. While the front desk staff was friendly, the office had an unsettling vibe it was completely empty, and felt almost abandoned. During the visit, Dr. Charles did not look up from his computer at all. He barely interacted with me and performed only a minimal physical exam, limited to briefly listening to my heart and lungs.
