Spent £50 on a bouquet for an anniversary for my wife , gave a list of flowers to use but after 2 days flowers already dyeing , removed greenery and have had a better bunch of flowers from any of the supermarkets for less than half the price , won’t be using again taking advantage that there are not many florists available in Newport.
Mum liked the flowers but for 86 pounds (with delivery) she got 4 roses, 4 chrysanthemums and a lot of leaves. Disappointed and would not use again. Embarrassing bouquet given how much I spent and will not use you again. Waitrose and M&S offer much better selection for much cheaper.
Outstanding. I rang from Cheshire wanting a bright bouquet for my daughter in Newport. They were so empathetic and helpful on the phone. The flowers were above and beyond expectations. Will definitely use again and recommend for a truly personalised customer service. Thank you.
