Dr Burrows is the old time dentist that will help work out a plan and not do dental work that is unnecessary. I have had dentists in the past that would say, "You need x,y and z done. When can you have the several thousands $ to pay for it? It needs to be done within a week or two". I highly recommend Dr Burrows.
They went out of network in oct. 2015 and did not bother telling their patients about it. According to the rude and unprofessional desk help, Lisa, they sent out ONE letter. I never received a letter nor any other form of info about this matter, I would have found a new Dr. who takes my insurance, if I had known about the change. I have been a patient of Dr. Burrows now for over ten years. He is probably the best dentist that I have had (I'm 66, so that says something.). Dr. Burrows is extremely knowledgeable and gentle (Did I mention that I am chicken when it comes to dental work?). His care and compassion are reflected in a knowledgeable and courteous staff.
