My husband and I have had nothing but an AMAZING experience at Charisma. He purchased my engagement ring, we bought our wedding bands, and he surprised me with an additional band for my birthday all at Charisma. The staff is awesome and always make us feel special when we come in. Special shout out to Daniela D'Intino Gatto who is the absolute best!!
We will never bring our business here again. Disappointment after disappointment so far.
