There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my entire experience from buying an engagement ring from Charisma Jewelers! I was assisted every step of the way by Morgan, and she absolutely deserves a raise. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I have been trying for over a year to get the appraisal paperwork so I can get my rings insured. I started the process last December and never received the paperwork in the mail as promised. I kept calling and was told it would be coming in the mail, but didn’t. Finally I was told I had to bring the rings in to be appraised again because of the amount of time that had passed. The staff (Lisa and Morgan) were there by my side, just as excited as I was when getting my engagement ring. We have gone back and upgraded twice. I cannot reccomend them more.
