I went to Charisma a week before Valentines day and was clueless to what I had wanted to buy. The associates there were so helpful and were able to find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. This family owned business has been the only jeweler in our family since the 70's when my husband spoiled me with so many beautiful gifts. Since my husband passed, jewelry has not been a part of my life, but the tradition lives on with my brother in law and now my oldest grandson. I love the memories just the name invokes, let alone the beautiful pieces my sister now owns and the engagement ring my grandson recently bought his fiancée. I can't say enough about how amazing Charisma Jewelers is! My fiancé proposed this Christmas and diamond they found for him.. I mean, WOW!!!� it is beyond stunning and I can't stop looking at it. Not to mention, their staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! They always greet you with a smile. I'm partial to Danielle (she's a doll) but really, each and every one of them has made it a point to be supper friendly and approachable, every time I've been in there! If you want the best quality diamond, Charisma is the place!
They've done tons of custom stuff for me, they're great at what they do! A++++

One of the Clerks broke a diamond ring we brought in to trade for a ring we wanted. The ring sizer snapped the ring, and yes it was a gold band. She went in the back, came back and said it must have been broken before. It clearly was not. What bothers me most was the "guy" making the decision to do nothing for us didn't even come out to talk to us. Not cool! Not really the kind of "jeweler" I thought they were. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Not a fan of anything in the store, even when we tried to make something custom it still felt cookie cutter and I didn't fall in love with the piece. Their antique section looked way too plain and nothing really grabbed my eye. We were not about to pay over 4,000 on something we didn't really love. They really need to bring in unique one of a kind pieces. This definitely was a learning lesson, I am currently commission an artist to create what we want.
