Lisa was great! I had stopped in a few months ago but wasn’t really serious at the time. Luckily she was there when I returned last month. Within minutes she found a setting that matched my band and then a loose diamond to fit the setting. The ring is beautiful!!! Gaetano was there when we picked it up and sealed the deal. We were so comfortable with the entire experience. Would definitely recommend Charisma.

Any ring she put on my hand that we didn’t love she took away. She made sure we found a ring that we both loved. I then stoped helping and let my now fiancé make the decision.
