Just call them to ask if they need any staff as i was given the number from a friend called Carol who worked there in the past and she said to ask for the manager Tina as she is a lovely lady. Anyway was someone else who answered my and said that Tina is not there and she can’t tell me when she is back as she doesn’t now who i am. I have tell her that I’m not from any agency and i just called to see if they need any one . She asked me where I’m from and I said that i’m from Romania , and if that matters?. Having sat beside my mum for many hours day and night, I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their kindness, compassion and the fantastic care they gave to her and me. They made what could have been a very difficult time for us so much easier with their smiles and chat and obvious affection for my mum, and those in the rooms around her. Not once did I hear any member of staff sound frustrated with or by another resident, many of whom showed signs of dementia. I cannot praise them or thank them enough.
