Ordered 10t of soil on 26th December, despite no email confirming a delivery date, or a response to my chaser on 27th Dec, they proceeded to deliver at 8am on Jan 2nd. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had notice, however I was out at work, we had two cars on the drive to move, and had no time to prepare the area. Really poor communication and I’ve not even seen if the soil is any good yet.
Bought 12 bulk bags of compost and then another 4 on realising we didn’t have enough, all good stuff - great dealing with you guys and the gent on the grab is excellent at his craft!
Ordered a bulk bag of topsoil. Good quality soil, delivered quickly and a friendly delivery driver. Would recommend.
Great service and the top soil was just what was needed for the flower beds. Would thoroughly recommend Chargrace Soils for their products.
