Don't waste your time. As already mentioned the council treat these as their own and you will never get near them. Fairly sure there is a parking time limit sign right at them as well. It's the same all over the country. I wonder who paid for them, tax payers perhaps?
Chargeplace Scotland so a great job of keeping these 4 ports online, however more often than not 3 of them are used by council vehicles, who remain plugged in whether charging or not, often for days at a time offer weekends and bank holidays. Reporting to CPS and North Ayrshire council has not yet fixed this issue
