Old style charger. Poor but helpline people are excellent
Got my cable stuck here needed to call Chargeplace to help reset the unit to unlock. Wasted 20 minutes. It’s an old unit so the flap is left open and you’re supposed to plug into your car first before authorising a charge. I tried with Electroverse card even though it’s on their app it didnt seem to authorise and cps couldnt remotely start the charge either.
Foreign tourists with BEV, beware: this charging place does NOT work with the ChargePlaceScotland's webpay interface. Too bad! 🤬
