The chargers are old, so you can't use the app. If you don't have a Chareplace card you are informed you have to phone. This seemed to be an EE coverage blackspot so it was difficult to phone and get the charge started and ended. The charger was fast despite its age.
On Sat 23 Jul none of the fast chargers were working. The standard AC chargers were working.
