45 minute limit on CCS but the shortest parking time is 3 hours… they don’t do a great job making users aware of the overstay fees either - only one charger has a sign hinting at that. No info when starting the charge, no notifications in the app… feels like an intentional rip off.

I tried to charge my hybrid Volvo at Bayfield Car Park in Portree. There were three posts there all with type 2 AC charging and not one was working. I called the helpdesk who confirmed the problem. Absolutely terrible service.
70p/kW debit card worked fine 50kw rate.all satisfactory. 45 min max charge cannot return within 30mins overstay fine £1 min max £30 so don't be late
