It's a bit odd. You need to be a "member" to use this charger. A "member" has registered for and received the card.you cannot just use the app for this charger. Very strange. And nowhere does it tell you any of this on the machine, or anywhere else. Using the app gives you an obscure error that suggests there's a connection error. (Several different errors possible) I dont know how charging fairs, as I am kot a member and don't have the card. We called the helpline number which is on the machine. The human(!) Useless can't be used without rfid card
Twice I have tried to charge here & twice the charger wasn't working. Beware you have to pay for parking whilst charging.
