I have used ChargePlace Scotland for almost 3 years now and have yet to have a smooth, glitch free experience. Am not one for writing reviews, but today’s experience has now lead to this! Logged into the App, takes the £35 deposit and then fails to connect. Phoned help line 30 mins late the car is charging…. But, have to phone back to disconnect, another long wait for an answer and no doubt more issues. You really have got to sort your processes out as with other providers and simplify the experience. Always empty due to extortionate charges - these are higher than Edinburgh City Centre. 20kw was over £10 which is about 65 miles Bargain ! 50p per kw plus connection charge …. Tesco Podpoint is only 44p ???
