Not working. The charger shows that it belongs to bp chargemaster. chargePlace Scotland claims to be there on the website and on the app, but when you call their Customer Care they informed that this charger has not been working since April! Despite that they have not repaired it. They accepted my request to lodge report but there was nothing they could do to help start the charger. The hotel staff were also aware of the same, but I’m not sure whether they acted on this.

There is obviously power to the site, but neither BP Pulse or ChargePlace Scotland will take responsibility for these chargers, leaving the hotel in a very difficult position. Blame BP as the chargers have their name on them. Even in Sutherland BPs shocking reputation for EV charger reliability continues. Is nowhere safe from BPs ineptitude? This issue was reported over a year ago and it’s still not sorted….

Marked with a sticker as part of chargemaster/BP but upon phoning the helpline we discovered they are part of Chargeplace Scotland. They didn't work with either network's app or RFID card. A shame as a charge here overnight would've been very helpful especially as the CCS on the Tongue rapid charger isn't working!
