Hard to find! The entrance display several 'private' signs which strongly discourage you from going in. Ignoring these the charger is right round the back of the castle. You need your own cable and a Charge place Scotland compatible RFID card to use the charger. Most of charging points were working and they weren't busy (probably because they are so hard to find!)
The charger on the far side works, not the near side. It has 'private' written on the front, you have to drive through the castle to behind it, through a stone wall at the back. It is a charger which needs a Charge place Scotland RIFD card. Hope that helps! There are 4 chargers in total.
