Ivor from Chapters Stairlifts visited my 84 year old father last week who suffers with Parkinson’s who had started to have the occasional fall around his home . My big concern for my Dad and a real worry for my mother, he would fall going up or down their staircase . This potentially would have a devastating effect on them both . Used chapter a few years ago for my nans stairlift and received great service. Now my father in law requires one, I got straight on to chapter. I explained his circumstances and the response was amazing. Came out within the hour of my call, and the stairlift was fitted four hours later!!! Amazing customer service, Ivor was excellent. Thankyou!

Absolutely couldn't recommend Dave enough. Such a gentleman, immaculate job and no add ons or extras you get exactly what he quotes which is what the advert says! Real quality stair lift and job. Thanks for fitting us in so quickly. Ann Mc Shane
