Horrible Custmer service. One female employee holding a conversation with another one outside dropping F'bombs and best of all was the finance rep Joe coming out and confronting us in the parking lot yelling at us after we couldn't get a deal done. No class and he shouldn't represent any company in that capacity. He is doing Chapman no favor.
My husband and I went looking at a used Ford Explorer. The Sales representative, Edgar, was very patient with us and was not pushy at all! He really listened to our needs before suggesting a Jeep Grand Cherokee lease. We never leased before but he discussed all the pros and answered all our questions. We LOVE our Jeep and would highly recommend him and Chapman to anyone!
Dealers lie about what extras come with purchase and service is a joke. 2011 T/C is having starting issues and even with service contract all the service rep would repeat was "$115 an hour to diagnose". Sounded like a freakin parrot the amount of time he said that. If van did not throw a code on screen than they are unable to diagnose it, glad those years of schooling only taught them to read a scanner. Appointment was also a joke with them trying to schedule over a week away till they saw I had the warranty than it was set ... read more
Awesome service, salesmen were great, never pushy, and got me an awesome price on my 13 JKU. I was coming in to look at another jeep and they called me to let me know that they just got a lease turn in that was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I will definitely buy my next jeep at Chapman in Horsham.
Service people were nice, but that didn't make up for the fact that the experience was bad. Definitely a "don't buy from or get service from them" vote from me.
Never ever give these people your business. My husband and I were all set and approved to buy a car from them! They didn't do anything! We did all the leg work got the approval on our own and we're ready to pick the car up. They sold the car right out from under us the day we were due to pick it up! A sales manager then offered my husband to come fight him at the dealer ship! Very unprofessional scammers!! Never ever give them your business!! I wouldn't give them any stars but had to hit one so they should be lucky!
