Worst most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with in my life. And I've owned over 30 new cars. They have lost my business forever
The service at this dealership was amazing! I have to say that Chris Capen and Kelly Smith were terrific, they approached us like we were human beings and not immature children which is what I expected. They were by far the nicest salespeople I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with, they never once made me or my brother feel pressured to do or sign anything, they were kind, polite and honest to us which we greatly appreciated!
