Bought my 2017 Ford Explorer online and Glenn Krewson did a great job with trade-in, prepped and ready-to-go in a couple of days. This was over the Black Friday holiday. Very competent,easygoing salesperson, no pressure if I wasn't interested in some features. Followed through and helped with a minor repair pickup after hours. I would recommend Glenn to anyone interested in a Ford or Chrysler.
Of all my years buying, this has got to be the absolute best experience I have ever had. Brian MacIntosh is a salesman I highly recommend. Great dealership with outstanding selection of vehicles. The new service facilities are state of the art with top rated technicians working diligently on the vehicles. The parts departments are fully stocked and accessorized for most ford chtysler doge jeeps and rams . Chapman also has the nicest staff in the area and nothing is a problem, always happy to help. We love chapman!!
I traded in my 2dr jeep for a 4dr jeep. I had the best experience at the dealership. I told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They worked with me and even are going to help me make my credit better then it is. C&c Chapman were so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. I was in and out in no time unlike my last purchase. Awful experience with their service and warranty company. Ford doesn't abide by their own policies and clearly doesn't care about their customers. I thought Ford would treat their customers better
My daughter bought a Jeep a year ago and her experience was so easy and good that I decided to try Chapman when I started looking. Ken Marko was great- no hard sell just helped me with what I wanted in an SUV and also got me the price that I was looking for. John (the sales manager) and Ken expedited the vehicle delivery and got me in my new jeep faster then I expected. I would and will go back to them when I look again for a car. Thanks guys!
