My car has been at chapman for 6 days (took it in 2/24) for a new transmission. I was told I had to pay half down before they could order the part. I was told the work would be done by Monday 2/27. It has been pushed back twice now to Friday the 3rd of march. Ive been told my technician cannot work on my transmission because he is currently enrolled in a course about transmissions.
