Bought a car and discovered major leaks within a month. Had a few emails back and forth, had to do a survey just to get a response the first time. I live across the valley and work close but no help with even offering to fix it. So advise take it to a mechanic you trust on a test drive.
Class act all the way from the sales team to the service team. I know my Beetle is safe for my daily 50-mile round trip commute every day.
No one wants to sell me a car. Walked in today to trade in my 2013 GTI for a 2017 GTI and I was walking the parking lot and inside area for 30 min. Was not greeting at all not even looked at. Lease is up in December and want to trade it in Early. Guess no one wants to make $ there. I’ll take my GTI to North scottsdale.
They treat returning customers well. We purchased 2 cars through them.

The entire team was just spot on. We were treated well and they went out of their way to put us in the car we wanted. At the right price. No games.
I have had my car serviced here a few times now, as well as picked up/ordered parts. They have amazing and friendly staff willing to help. Kyle, one of the service advisors, is very kind; I recommend him! Overall, great place!
