Earned 2 strikes of poor customer service! First off, I message them TWICE, about scheduling an appointment then about the program. No response. And it shows the message has been “read”. So disappointed with this dealership! My daughter bought a brand new Jetta Memorial Day weekend. Apparently, they KNEW it had an air conditioning issue which they DID NOT disclose to her. She took possession upon delivery, then had the car back in within a few days. They had to replace a cord. Had to remove the dash to fix it. They returned the car to her and she had more problems, no acceleration and warning lights on the dash. It’s taking VW 4-6 weeks to review her “case.” Ridiculous! RecommendedWe worked with Rolan Ugho (not sure if last name is spelled correctly) he was great! Personable and professional! Let me tell me we went to countless dealers all over the valley. No one could help us, not to mention other salesmen at other dealers weren't very friendly. Last but not least, this was the quickest experience EVER! My husband FINALLY got his truck he has wanted for years. Chapman Volkswagen give this man a raise and some recognition!
Sheeps in wolves clothing. The most dishonest and disingenuous people in the automotivei industry. I bought a Passat Thanksgiving weekend and went in because I use of the advertised price on their website. Finance manager BethAnn entered the wrong price on the sales contract. Most horrible experience! My son is there right now getting tires on his car. He had a appointment at 2 pm and he is STILL sitting there waiting for them to put the tires on (over 4 hours). I could have done it myself by now! So very ridiculous. He missed a 5pm work meeting and being able to work for a few hours this evening. Chapman VW used to be the better VW dealer choice in the valley but now i am having 2nd thoughts.....
Amazing experience, Lisa took great care of all 5 of us today . Yes we had the pleasure of all getting new vehicles for our job . Even though it was a company buying them , she made sure each of us were treated as we were her only customer today . Chapman Volkswagon you are very lucky to have her on your team .
