Terrible customer service
I purchased a used Nissan Murano in July. The car was just traded in and had not been inspected or cleaned. It was filthy inside...Even after they "detailed" inside an d out. The sales agent was given a list if things needing fixed prior to purchase.We asked about any outstanding recalls snd were told there were none and that they would not be able to sell the car with an open recall. If I could give a 0, I would. Let me start by saying that the service team is amazing. I bought a car from them in February 2020. It got brought back to them the next day. Items were missing from the car when they took it to detail. You couldn’t even drive over a speed bump without the car bouncing around and making your teeth chatter. We were charged full price for a base model. We were told it had remote start through the app. (it doesn't) The sales guy was very nice but he doesn't know his own product. If I could do it again I would have got the Santa Fe next door instead.
Purchased my golf GTI from Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale and I’m very pleased with the car as well as the service department. They are on time and very professional.
I had my car serviced here a few weeks ago, and let them know my car was vibrating and that I wanted them to check my tires along with change of all the liquids for my vehicle. I was notified a few hours later that my car was completed, so I asked if they checked my tires and if any issues were found. They said my tires were fine and that the treads were at around 4-5. Don’t waste your time with other dealerships go here first, we wish we had! Our sales person Lauren was fantastic. We called ahead and let her know we wanted to be quick and she made sure everything went as fast as possible. We had everything said and done in probably 2 hours. They also got our payments and APR way lower than any other dealership we had dealt with. Even finance was a breeze at the end. I can’t say enough good things about this place and their staff just go here first, seriously.
