I purchased a 2017 Jetta in April 2017. The battery died yesterday - 29,000 miles. I called sales, service and posted on the FB page - no one got back to me... I come in tomorrow for 30,000 mile service. I expect the cost of my battery to be reimbursed by Chapman VW. No battery dies in a new car with 29,000 miles on it.
Really disappointed and frustrated in Volkswagen Chapman. I bought a brand new 2018 Passat V6 (today has 2093 miles). The car suddenly stops while I am driving (no its not economy fuel) this happened 4 times until last week and I took my car in last week and the car was returned yesterday saying we resolved the issue ... guess what - the issue happened again today and almost like the car struggled to change gears (yes it is automatic). I bought a brand new volkswagen Atlas. It started having problems after it was 8 days old. They tried repairing it a several times but the problem is still there. No action taken from the manufacturer. So the moral of the story is if you buy shitty products learn to live with the shit. So here I am living with the problem.
Came in to look at a Subaru- Roland went over the entire car with us, took us on a test drive, and was kind and caring the entire time. Never did I feel pressured by these guys! We got the exact car I was looking for and for thousands less than other dealerships. Can not recommend them and Roland enough!
Chapman VW earns these 5 stars and then some! Such a easy going atmosphere also a very smooth sales process. Shout out to Kelley M, management and the financing team! We love our new VW and will back again to add to our collection! Great job guys!
