I just sold the used car purchased from Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale. Trying to get vehicle warranty canceled and refunded is surely a challenge. Three weeks ago, I visited the finance dept to get the paperwork started. This past Monday, when I called to check on the status, I was told that there was no record of it and they were trying to find it.
