Excellent surgery doctors and staff are always helpful couldn't ask for better
Most of the time i find the reception staff helpful, but the wait time for the call to be answered needs to be looked at. Triage system doesn't work, you have to wait hours for a dr to call back. Why can't we go back to pre- covid times when you could just call and book an appointment. There is also a system called 'ask my GP' where you can email the dr, which other surgeries use with good results.

Absolute joke of a surgery called for an appointment waiting all day for the call rang twice answered they hung up called the surgery straight away to be told I now have to wait untill Monday now having to call nhs 24 they hung up not me !
