Zero stars. A severely damaging experience... twice. I never want to be in contact with these callous people ever again. They’ve caused enormous suffering and are entirely negligent.
I've never been listened to, taken better care of, understood, literally EVERYTHING to do with mental health, better than this place does it. Idk why the reviews are so low but I've been talking with a lady for maybe 2 months now, I've already been diagnosed and given the correct medication, something the doctors could never do, and I've been continuously supported since I got there. Can anyone help answer what is a patient expected to do if there problems are to complex and they are directed to the emergency numbers and other services and none of them are able to help and they do the same thing try to pass them off to another service and it's just a roundabout leading nowhere , no call backs when in crises ,left to deal with it even when on the edge, fighting to get well medication free and it seems they want to turn there backs hoping someone might too themselves just to get a subject of the books that... read more
Takes a while to get to see them but Dr Todd in particular was very good with a family member she listens & picks up on things others havn't. Listens doesn't rush you & is very professional but caring as well.
Changed my mental health tablets drastically and then told me there seems me in 6 months. No contact email or text. I had to go through Google to find them because I didn't have my referral letter and when I called my doctor I was no 17 in the queue. This country has failed us
