Terrible place it's poorly managed and staff will not help you. I was bullied by a few people who live there whilst I was living there and the manager wouldn't do anything about it. There is also unpleasant smells which tend to linger for ages and staff won't do anything about this.. Staff are very rude and patronising a few examples of this are when reporting an issues such as bullying staff tend to respond in rude manner such as "what is it now" and I'm now dealing with it as it's like a shool playground..
