Sharon was really helpful and booked me in the next available appointment with an MSK specialist for pain in my hand. Very friendly reception team

Shocking place! Reached out for help multiple times and either get fobbed off or ignored completely. No wonder a close family member of mine died from alcohol addiction as I'm betting she didn't get any help! Not only that, I'm in constant pain with my back and nothing gets done about it and it's been put down as minor in my records! Definitely doesn't feel minor. The sooner I move doctors the better as maybe they will have some sort of compassion and actually want to help people.
Reception staff are rude. Rang up after having a cough for 4 weeks and the receptionist told me it wasn’t urgent so I couldn’t get a phone call and it “didn’t sound that bad.” (Not sure what medical degree they have to assume that) I was then met with “well what do you want me to do” After a further week I rang 111 as my cough got that bad I injured my insides (111 sent me to a&e as they suspected I could have cracked a rib coughing) Unsurprisingly the second a dr in a&e listened to my chest they said I had a chest infection... read more
