OK but lifts not big enough to take wheelchair....not felt like it could be home...for a couple anyway ..OK if you on own your own and are lonely. I thought it was very expensive especially with an added £700 plus monthly fees too. Plus rates etc etc. Nice manager showed us around.
The infrastructure needs to be improved, particularly to allow residents access to TV streaming services
Staff very rude
Reception should be manned at all times during daytime, and isn't. When it IS manned, the receptionist is often inexperienced and therefore ill-equipped to deal with any emergencies. Meals are VERY variable in quantity and quality - e.g. a recent spaghetti bolognaise consisted of anaemic, tasteless spaghetti covered by a watery tomato sauce with some mushrooms in. Other meals have been good, though, but everything (including the meals) is charged at premium prices.
