I had a blast getting my open water cart. I had a lot of questions with the rental gear, the course, and making sure I get everything I wanted out of the course and it exceeded my expectations. The classroom was very fun for all the information that was covered and how it was used in the field.
I took the open water class, and loved it! Mike is so incredibly passionate about SCUBA and is a great instructor! Highly recommend for anyone looking for SCUBA!
I just got my open water dive certification, and I’m looking forward to furthering my education!
I obtained my open water certification with Channel Island Scuba this January. I had an amazing experience. All the shop staff was super helpful and informative. I was anxious about the course, but Larry Gould the instructor was great. The class was small, personal and informative. I am absolutely ecstatic about getting out in the water again. Thanks to the staff and the instructor I had an amazing time learning a new skill and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their open water certification.
I am so thankful to have received my open water certification through Channel Islands Scuba. All their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going. Tim Coates was very thorough in the classroom sessions but also made the time fly by with his scuba stories and experiences. Ashley was a great dive master and very patient and kind to us newbies. The team really made an effort to make all students feel at home and comfortable asking questions or for help. I would definitely recommend CIS for anyone interested in classes!
My wife and I just got re-certified with Channel Islands Scuba. It was a great experience. The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable and great people to work with. We bought our new equipment through them as well (BCDs, regulators, dive computers, masks, fins, wetsuits, etc.) They made sure we got the right gear for us and that were were satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Channel Islands Scuba.
