Spoke to Ian @ 1530, by 1730 - problem solved. I had an emergency for what I was sure was going to be an inconvenient, pricey fix/new garage door system. I'd called a bigger firm and had someone booked to come out the morning I met Ian, but they'd overbooked and cancelled. My garage was left wide open in the middle of MCR Ian new the brand and typical issues with my garage over the phone on the spot, he came ASAP, was passionate in finding the problem and nailed it. Timely, polite, cost effective, call Ian.
I had great difficulty to obtain help to repair the garage door until I contacted Changing Doors Limited. Ian responded to the phone call and promised to call and assess the Job. He gave us honest and professional advice. He recommended the right garage opener. He attended the following day as per his promise. He installed the new garage opener.
