I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chang’s for years and highly recommend her. She and her staff are empathetic, efficient and above all professional.
Great. She explained everything she was looking for as she examined me.
My recent follow up appointment with Dr Chang was great. She explained to me the progress of the current treatment plan and offered me additional options. Dr Chang was very helpful in her assessment of the new treatments available. I requested a paper script so that I could do additional research on my own before I started a medication. She was happy to do that and requested a follow up if I decided to start the new treatment. I very much appreciated the time she spent with me and her willingness to answer my question.
Dr. Chang has an excellent bedside manner. She actually listens.
Family has been patients of hers for about 15 years. Always professional and knowledgeable about conditions. Treats many issues and is cautious about followups for serious health concerns. Advice is reasonable and has performed procedures as precautionary if questionable. Further evaluation is done with labs to rule out cancer. Many other doctors encountered have referred patients to her for care over the decades. Trusted professional in dermatology and congenial personality makes visiting her so refreshing.
She listened to me and made me feel important and validated my concerns.
