She is very friendly and professional. Listened to all of my concerns. She responds to all questions and explains the process of current conditions. The staff is also very friendly. So far I am quite pleased with the services received. The waiting room and treatment rooms were clean and well lit. They observed all of the covid 19 precautions. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking dermatology care.
Even though there were a lot of people in the clinic and delays Dr. Chang took time to explain and discuss opportunities to improve my situation. Very good experience.

Dr Janice Chang is outstanding ! She is incredibly knowledgeable, always has the best medical advice, highly effective prescriptives for disease processes and proactive recommendations for prevention of future problems. As her patient, I feel so blessed to have Dr. Chang as my Dermatologist. She is a warm personable physician easy to communicate with & she has a great sense of humor and infectious laugh ! She is the epitomy of the best rounded physician!
