Dr. Chang was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional in her delivery of some disturbing news which required a biopsy. When performing the biopsy Dr. Chang was very calm, explaining each step of the procedure. She also calmly informed me of all the possible outcomes and assured me there were many possible avenues we could follow, depending on the outcome of the biopsy. My experience with Dr. Chang was great. She is always very professional while being very personable. She can be very funny at times. I have been a patient for close to 20 years and will remain one for a long time. She helped me get rid of a bad case of psoriasis-from 60% coverage of my body to 0%.
It was my first appointment with dr. Chang. I knew she had been an associate of dr. Terry Williams, who had been my dermatologist for more than three decades. Dr. Chang was very competent, professional and made me immediately feel I had been her patient for many years. A pleasant experience, indeed.
