I’ve been seeing Dr. Chang for years, totally adore her! She’s professional, she’s funny, she’s caring and personable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
After seeing Dr. Weaver for years, I was relieved to find another Dermatologist that I’m pleased with.
Very courteous staff and service
I saw Dr. Chang on 10/9/20, for a routine skin check. She is very professional, and has a great sense of humor! (Not typical with some of the dermatologists I've seen before). She is knowledgable, listens, and does thorough checks. I had a spot of my forehead that she froze (pre cancerous), a place on my nose that was biopsied, and two more areas frozen. Quick, easy, painless! All good. In and out in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend her !
My visit was 10/16/20. Very short wait. I have been a patient for many years. She is thorough, takes time to examine and listen to me, friendly, and easy to talk to. She is sensitive to high cost of prescription drugs and up on the latest and best treatment options.
I have been seeing Dr. Janice Chang for 18 years. She is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I arrived about a half an hour early and was shocked to see a waiting room with standing room only!!!! Although everyone was masked, I do not feel that during a pandemic, the amount of people crowded together waiting was at all appropriate and more importantly it was NOT safe. The clerk did offer me a call when it was my turn with doctor so I could wait in my car which I did as soon as I could check in and leave.
Scheduled for 1:15p. Actually took place about 1:45p or slightly later. She did a thorough review; easy to talk to.
Excellent. Wait was about 30 minutes; not too bad, given the times. Dr. Chang was thorough and explained as she went along.
