I arrived about a half an hour early and was shocked to see a waiting room with standing room only!!!! Although everyone was masked, I do not feel that during a pandemic, the amount of people crowded together waiting was at all appropriate and more importantly it was NOT safe. The clerk did offer me a call when it was my turn with doctor so I could wait in my car which I did as soon as I could check in and leave.
Scheduled for 1:15p. Actually took place about 1:45p or slightly later. She did a thorough review; easy to talk to.
Excellent. Wait was about 30 minutes; not too bad, given the times. Dr. Chang was thorough and explained as she went along.
Dr. Chang is fantastic. She is very personable and has a good sense of humor. Explains any issues and takes care of it. Thanks Dr Chang!
