I researched dermatologists with the highest ratings and found Dr. Chang is the best in my area. During my first visit, I found her to be personable, well focused, and best of all she really listens to you. Dr. Chang explained her treatment plan thoroughly. The visit was quick (about 15 minutes) and to the point which is what I like. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff is very busy and could use one more person. I visited several Doctors and then found Dr. Chang and Bay Area Dermatology. My first impression of Dr. Chang was that she is friendly and extremely intelligent. She is not only personable but explains exactly what is amiss and clearly explains a suggested path forward. After seeing her for a while, I have to say that I sincerely trust her, her medical knowledge, and her judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, so I highly recommend Dr. Chang, her staff, and Bay Area Dermatology.
Alway thorough and if anyone needs a Dermatologist, I will highly recommend her. She if professional, friendly and explains everything so that you understand.
