My Zoom telemedicine appointment was effective (being on live camera and sending still photos ahead of time allowed Dr. Chang to diagnose my condition without coming into the office) and efficient (Brittany opened my session and asked preliminary questions before Dr. Chang came on.). The appointment didn’t take long though I didn’t feel they were rushing me.
Dr. Chang is very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent experience with the virtual office visit. I highly recommend her.
