Dr Chang is very knowledgeable and understanding. Having an underlying rare disease I found that she does not judge, and helps regardless. One of the issues I have is with my skin. It will take time before I get fully diagnosed and treated for my underlying disease and Dr. Chang is helping so much with the skin manifestations. Glad to have her help.
