Due to the continued incompetence of this branches' sales manager, we were not able to purchase a home that we were making offers on, even when our offer was increased to the asking price, we had already secured a buyer for our own home and we had an AIP in place. However, due to this, we ended buying a house which is incomparably nicer than the one we tried to buy from Chancellors so it all worked quite nicely in the end. And that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.
