Love Champs, although they do need to do some renovations. The bar crowd has withered away over the years. Wish they would get it back to its glory days!
This place is AWEFUL!!! We waited over 10 min to place our drink order. then 20 to get it. we then placed our food order and waited 45 min to get it. They were not busy! My salad had been sitting for some time. the steak was dried out! The Waitor was totally clueless! had no idea about the menu or the ingredients in the items on the menu. My drink was empty for sometime befor he even checked to see and to refill it. I do not recommend this place to any one!
The atmosphere is nice but the food is not as good as I hoped it would be
My wife and I went to the Marcus Cinema in Orland to catch the special engagement of the Who at Kilburn circa 1977 on the big screen a couple of weeks back. We decided to catch a quick dinner and quaff a couple of beers before the show and decided to make Champps our destination spot for dinner. This is a fun hip spot where all young to middle aged Martonians and Cherry Hillites hang out for a few drinks. Their food is very tasty , and the atmosphere is fun with many TV's all over the place with about every sporting event in the world playing.
