Extremely rude - the way Aragorn from Champions spoke. Even if it was on whatsapp. Not willing to entertain.
Great service, especially from Thais Dean who handled everything for us in a very professional and efficient manner from day 1. It has been a pleasure working with Champions Estate Agents and I highly recommend them!
Wildly unprofessional staff who are unversed in the Equality Act and disability discrimination. Had to fight for weeks even to get a single viewing. In general, I try to support small businesses - but there's a reason this one is so small. Would not recommend to anyone. I'll go with their competitors Hanover or KFH next time.
I am immensely grateful to Theresa Lake and Thais Dean who were very professional in their approach and all interactions. They were prompt and supportive all through my tenancy. Alex is great , but I guess he s too busy and one wont get prompt responses from him. But he is friendly and once you get hold of him, he is very pleasant. Overall, Champions is amazing. Also, they are very reasonable in their pricing and doesn't tax you unnecessary heavy cuts from your deposit (which is super nice) :)
