This practice took care of our cat until his death this week. We always felt he was in good hands, and this week when he had to be euthanised the staff were incredibly caring both to him and to me. They didn't rush the process and gave me plenty of time with him afterwards. I couldn't fault their care of our darling furbaby.

They are so friendly and the interact with your pet to make them feel more comfortable, this vets has went down hill alot since they closed the groomers. The prices they charge for things is crazy. This is why I have left and went else where

I have been with the practice a longtime and had previously given a 5/5 review but after our visits last wk I'm in shock at their new costs and structure in how to use Insurances.... why have insurance when they won't use them and make you pay up front for emergency care even though you have insurance as they say takes them too long to claim back so as a customer we have to claim them back from the insurance company.... £1400 upfront or he would have died.... why do you recommend insurance when you won't take in emergency ca... read more
