Richard was very pleasant and explained everything before he started the repair project. He even suggested a way to make the repair look better. He showed up on time. Got the job done, cleaned up and left.

They couldn't help my problem, but they didn't charge me the minimum amount they said I would owe regardless of what they did. I thought that was very nice of them.
Technician, Chris stretched and cleaned our carpets. He was efficient, very polite and prompt. Would recommend this service.
I worry about the tools going through the vents in the attic, as they are the old round wire frame, wrapped in siver. Time will tell. But they were prompt and hopefully got the vents clean enough so my stem cell transplant will be a success without the dust.
He was quite pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for the VAL-PACK three rooms $50,forget it. If you want old carpets to get a new lease on life, call him. One other thing, my Air Conditioner decided to die on the day he came, and the house felt like we went where we don't wat to go when we check off earth. My PRO was a real trooper in a house that was hotter than Death Valley in July. I will use him for other projects, probably in late August. .
Champion IS a champ! They contacted me immediately and had people out within hours. The guys were TOTALLY professional and polite, willing to move anything for us, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely be calling them again!
