We had our grout cleaned it was a fantastic job! The tile looks amazing and we are thrilled. Highly recommend this company. Very prompt, answered all questions before coming out and clean-up was great!

The lady was very nice. They called and confirmed the appointment. I even rescheduled the appointment because of weather and they were very nice. The service tech was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also there at the exact time of the appointment. I will use this company again. For sure. T
They got out stains I thought were permanent! Great experience that left me with a cleaner than I thought possible carpet. Very pleased. Employee was helpful and professional.
They came out replaced padding and re-stretched carpet. Then cleaned it. They did a great job and were very honest.
Pretty good service. The guy did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and stretching them as well. Both the guy on the phone and the service technician were able to clearly explain everything. The guy was on time and started the job immediately. My only complaint was I was not informed there would be a minimum charge for the carpet stretching. I ended up paying more than I wanted too, but it was worth it in the end.

Champion did a through and professional job. The technician answered all my questions, raked the carpet and even offered to try to get a printer ink stain out of the carpet. The stain was lightened, but did not come out completely. I didn't expect it to come out, it's been there almost five years. I was called that afternoon by Champion to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I called on a Friday and they were able to come out first thing on Monday. I would recommend Champion.
