Richard was on time and very polite. He did everything I was told he would and even chatted with my 3 year old. When he left all the stains went with him except a red one that we knew wouldn't leave. The price was better than other companies that offered same service and they came out next day. In all they saved me some hassle and allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding and reception without stressing what the carpets looked like. Will do business again

David contacted me almost immediately after submitting my situation. He promptly made an appointment to complete the work. Richard was sent to do the job and was most pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions. I will definately hire Champion Carpet Cleaning in the future.
repairing of the carpet was fabulous, cat urine cleaning couldve been better, but other than that i though that the service was fabolus.
Champion Carpet Cleaning did a good job. The saleman insured me the tech would be at my house promptly at the scheduled time. The tech couldn't find my house and was about 15 minutes late. Once the tech arrived he quickly began working. He wasn't able to remove a red stain on my living room floor but everything else looked good.
Champion was very thorough in cleaning our carpet at very a good rate. They were on time and did not take them long to clean.

The serviceman was prompt and polite. He did a really good job getting out stains. However, in the area of one stain that he worked on the carpet stayed damp for two days.
The Carpet technicians were on time, efficient in their time management and doing the carpet stretching. The cost was stated clearly before starting work. My questions were answered.
