Tech was early and thorough. Set up process was very simple.
Make sure that the estimator and the workers communicate properly. They couldn't get a couple of tiles cleaned because they didn't bring the right cleaner to remove nail polish from the tile.
Business response:
Stains they are speaking of are in the grout itself and not on the tile. We spoke with the client and are going out and attempt to remove them.

the service was great. and the installer was excellent.
Professional. Polite. On time. My furniture is 10 years old and had never been cleaned so considering that....it looks so much better! Still a few stains that didn't come out. Only thing a little weird to me was when the man stopped cleaning and disappeared. I looked around and realized he was using the bathroom. Didn't ask, just went. I've have major work done on my home recently so I blew it off and figured I have no idea how many others have been in there. Very honest and profession.
They showed up right on time as committed. They cleaned carpets in rooms that I thought I were going to need replaced. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend

Good service but quality of work was not up to what I was expecting. Edges of replaced carpet are too readily seen.
